William Clemenson

William Clemenson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. William founded FreightTrain in 2020 and currently serves as the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Product Officer. Prior to that, they worked at HTS, Inc. from 2003 to 2018 in multiple roles, including Chief Product Officer, CEO, and Strategist. William successfully managed the opening of HTS's second office in San Francisco, grew revenue by 100% in four years, and established product scope and managed engineering development for a new building activation and asset management module. William also played a key role in creating a Transition Planning service and grew revenue from $50k/year to $4.6M/year. Earlier in their career, they were a Project Manager in the Nuclear Power Industry for 17 years, where they led various projects and managed project engineering and construction personnel. William also worked as a Project Manager at Boeing, where they were responsible for project design and management.

William Clemenson earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. William attended the university from 1973 to 1977, completing their undergraduate education during that time.
