Jennifer Koenig began their work experience in 2005 as a Marketing Intern at Cottingham & Butler, where they assisted with the implementation and launch of a prospect database management system. Jennifer also provided support to internal sales executives and organized off-site sales seminars. In 2006, they worked as a PR Intern at Sister PR in London, where they were responsible for maintaining client press books, tracking sample products, and assisting with fashion product placement. Jennifer then returned to Cottingham & Butler in 2007 as a Human Resources Intern, where they created and launched a new employee orientation program and a new company intranet. Jennifer later became a Human Resources Representative, leading various projects and providing support in recruiting, employee database management, and new company initiatives. In 2011, Jennifer joined HealthCheck360 as a Product Development Manager, overseeing participant communications and supporting marketing and sales efforts. Jennifer served as the Director of Marketing from 2018 to 2019 and is currently an Assistant Vice President at HealthCheck360, where they continue to improve employee well-being and provide resources for a healthier lifestyle.

Jennifer Koenig obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Clarke University, where they were enrolled from 2003 to 2007. Jennifer later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Dubuque between 2009 and 2011. The field of study for their MBA is not specified.
