Megan Ling has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Megan began their career as an Alpine Racing Ski Coach and Instructor at Nub's Nob Alpine Racing - Let Me Ski, Inc from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they also served as a Campus Ambassador for the American Institute of Foreign Study, promoting studying abroad programs.

From 2013 to 2016, Megan worked as a Community Health Educator at the Health Department of Northwest Michigan.

Megan then joined HealthCorps, a national non-profit organization, in 2014. Throughout their time at HealthCorps, Megan held multiple positions, including Program Coordinator from 2014 to 2016, Program Supervisor for Living Labs from 2016 to 2019, and Program Manager for Training Development and Culture from 2019 to 2021. Megan successfully tripled the organization's national reach and impact, expanded the team, developed learning strategies, and collaborated with national partners.

Megan Ling earned their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they participated in a study abroad program at Charles University. In terms of additional certifications, Megan obtained the Integrative Health Coach certification from Duke Integrative Medicine in May 2020. Megan also holds various certifications related to sports safety, including Concussion in Sports, Heat Illness and Prevention, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Care and Prevention of Athletic Injuries, and CPR/First Aid. These certifications were obtained between 2014 and 2015 from institutions such as The NFHS Network, McBride Orthopedic Hospital, and the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
