Howard J. Finkelstein

Howard is currently the Principal of the Law Offices of Howard J. Finkelstein, which he founded in 2009 after more than 25 years at large law firms. In his career, Howard’s corporate law clients have ranged in size from some of the world’s largest financial institutions to international companies doing business in five continents to startups working in diverse industries such as tele-health service, crypto currency, blockchain, online financial and document services and SaaS. Howard acts as HealthCorum’s General Counsel, he supervises HealthCorum’s legal affairs, including corporate structure, employment, contracting, governance, and strategy. Howard is a graduate of Yeshiva University, later earning his MA at NYU and JD at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
