Ann Fogarty Sphr

Ann Fogarty, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ann started their career as a Recruiter at Fanning Personnel in 1989. Ann then worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Hitachi Computer Products (America) Inc from 1990 to 1995. Following that, they served as a Trainer at Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts from 1994 to 2009. In 2007, they joined National Grid Inc as a Human Resources Representative - Contractor, where they worked until 2010. Ann then moved to UNFI, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Aptiv Solutions. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Human Resources at HealthDrive Corporation, where they have been working since 2015.

Ann Fogarty, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, Cum Laude, from Bridgewater State University in 1988. Ann then pursued a Human Resources Management certificate at Bentley University from 1990 to 1992. In 2011, Ann obtained an HR Certification from Assumption University, specializing in Human Resources. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications throughout their career, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in May 2011 and again in March 2018. Ann also holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, obtained in January 2015. In 1984, Ann achieved the Girl Scout Gold Award from the Girl Scouts of Eastern MA.
