John Heeke has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. John started their career as a Project Manager at ABBEY/Foster Medical Corporation and later held various positions at McKesson Provider Technologies, including Account Executive, Project Manager, and Implementation Specialist. John played a significant role in establishing and growing the European business unit at McKesson. John then worked at NovaCare as Vice President of Information Systems, Division Manager of Application Delivery, and Application Manager. John was responsible for implementing core payroll and human resources systems across all divisions. After that, they joined IDC Partners as Vice President of Strategic IT Consulting, where they introduced and grew new IT project management, risk management, and business process improvement service offerings. John later worked at Palmetto Health as Corporate Director of Information Technology and Consultant, overseeing critical systems and technology strategy. John then joined Benefitfocus, Inc. as Director of Professional Services Group, where they managed the delivery of SaaS-based Electronic Benefit Enrollment and Eligibility platform to BlueCross BlueShield clients. John joined Emjack LLC as General Manager, overseeing all aspects of the franchise providing repair services. John served as Director of Development at South Carolina Maritime Foundation, where they defined and oversaw fundraising programs. Currently, they are working as a Project Director on the Professional Services team at HealthEdge, where they are responsible for the delivery of services to SaaS clients and leads engagement with clients' senior management teams.
John Heeke attended Florida State University from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. In 1985, they pursued a one-year Post Undergraduate Certification in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Villanova University.
