Lydia Tang RN BSN MBA is an experienced clinical subject matter expert with a robust background in healthcare consulting and system implementation. Currently serving as a Clinical SME at HealthEdge since November 2019, Lydia previously held the same role at Altruista Health until January 2023. With extensive consulting experience from FluidEdge Consulting, Lydia successfully led system implementations for various health plans, developed comprehensive training strategies, and collaborated with software vendors. Additional roles include Senior Consultant for care management system implementations at Network Health WI and San Francisco Health Plan, as well as fostering training initiatives at Centerlight Health System. Lydia's earlier experience includes clinical management at BCBSIL and a foundation in quality assurance at First Health Care. Lydia holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kendall College.
