Alisha Miller, MHA, MPT

Alisha Miller, MHA, MPT has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare organizations. Alisha began their career at Life Care Centers of America in 2003 as a Physical Therapist. Alisha then joined Rehab Care Treatment Services in 2004 as a Physical Therapist in Home Health. In 2007, they joined Allina Health where they held several positions including Clinical Manager, Home Health and Director of Operations, Behavioral Health. In 2017, they became a Regional Operations Manager, Behavioral Health at Allina Health. In 2019, they became the Director Operations, Home Health at Allina Health, overseeing five branches across two states.

In 2021, Alisha joined Lifespark as the Vice President/General Manager Operations, MN Market. In this role, they focused on operational excellence and scalability, leading 400+ employees in skilled home health, hospice, and private duty home care operations. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Sales at HealtheMed, Inc., a position they started in 2023. Alisha's work experience showcases their strategic leadership and operational expertise in various healthcare settings.

Alisha Miller, MHA, MPT has a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Minnesota. Alisha also holds a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Saint Louis University, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University.
