Kylene S. Dunham, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kylene S. started their career in 1993 at Four Oaks, where they worked as a Human Resources Specialist until February 1996. In April 1996, they joined Health Enterprises as the Executive Director of Human Resources, a position they still hold.

Kylene S. Dunham, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from Coe College, where they attended from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained another Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminal Justice from St. Ambrose University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
