Kalpi Desai

Kalpi Desai is an experienced product management leader currently serving as VP/GM of Product Management for Commuter & HealthEquity Payments at HealthEquity since April 2023. Prior to this, Kalpi worked at Marqeta, Inc. where, as Product Manager for Program Management Products from April 2020 to April 2023, built the program management product team from the ground up and led four product teams. Kalpi's earlier experience includes a role in the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs from 2016 to April 2020 and as a Consultant at Capgemini from 2011 to 2014. Kalpi holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
