Kathy. Carwile

Kathy Carwile currently serves as the Senior Manager of Relationship Management at HealthEquity, a position held since August 2019. Previously, Kathy worked at WageWorks as the Manager of Relationship Management starting in November 2017. Kathy's career also includes significant experience at ADP as a Client Relationship/Leadership Executive from March 2012 to November 2016, where responsibilities included managing a team of Client Service Managers and ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Prior to ADP, Kathy worked at SHPS for over 17 years in various roles, including Client Relationship Manager and Client Service Manager, focusing on coaching and team development. Kathy is an alumna of the University of Louisville, having completed education in 1985.
