Lisa Kolodziej

Lisa Kolodziej began their work experience in 2010 as a Team Leader Administration Services at Toyota Financial Services. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at CVS Health, starting as a Supervisor in Medicare Operations, then becoming a Manager of Medicare Enrollment, and later a Supervisor in Enrollment Operations. In 2015, they moved to Fresenius Medical Care North America, where they held various roles, including Director of C-SNP Enrollment & Member/Provider Services, Director of Enrollment and Operations Support, and Sr. Director of Operations Support and Health Plan Service Operations. In 2022, Lisa joined HealthEquity as a Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Lisa demonstrated expertise in streamlining business operations, fostering communication between departments, and developing policies and procedures to ensure top-tier quality standards.

Lisa Kolodziej obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Arizona State University, completing their education between 1996 and 2002. Additionally, they have certifications in USF Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate, both obtained through USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
