Sherisa Bly

Sherisa Bly has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sherisa is currently working as the Director of Content Marketing at HealthEquity since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at friendless as a UX Researcher/Designer, where they conducted research and designed user experiences. Sherisa also has experience at Thumbtack as the Head of Community and Senior Manager Learning Experience, where they led teams to design learning solutions and enhance user engagement. Additionally, Sherisa has worked at E*TRADE as a Learning Experience Manager, at ExpertVoice as a Manager of Learning Experience, and at AllenComm as a Learning Experience Design Lead. Sherisa also has experience in the education sector, serving as the Director of Elementary Program and Instructor at Challenger School Foundation, and as a Program Director and Instructor at Snow College and Brigham Young University respectively.

Sherisa Bly has a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences from Utah State University. Sherisa also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Human Performance from Brigham Young University. Additionally, Sherisa has obtained a certification in "Ideas into Action: Design Thinking" from IDEO.
