Sara Shalash

Sara Shalash, LCSW, has a professional background in social work, with experience working at HealthFirst Bluegrass Inc., Chrysalis House Inc., Recovery Works Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Center, University of Kentucky Center on Drug and Alcohol Research, and University of Kentucky Department of Family and Community Medicine. Sara holds a BSW and MSW in Social Work from the University of Kentucky.
