Octavia Thomas RN, BSN, has a diverse professional background in healthcare and customer service. Currently part of Member Services at Healthgram since June 2017, Octavia previously worked as a Licensed Health Agent at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included analyzing and customizing insurance policies for clients.
