Christine Martinez

Christine Martinez has a varied and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Christine started their career at Chevron in 1997 as an HR Business Partner and worked there until 2001. Christine then joined Texas Instruments as an HR Manager, where they led the HR function for multiple business units and introduced Talent Management as a retention strategy. After that, they worked at Zions Bancorporation as a Human Resources Manager, where they provided comprehensive HR support for multiple sites and played a strategic role in developing business strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.

In 2013, Christine Martinez joined NXP Semiconductors as an HR Director. During their tenure, they were the global lead for a division with 450 employees and served on the HRLT.
