Maria Bermudez has extensive work experience in operations management and leadership roles. Maria started their career in 1987 at Corporation Service Company, where they served as an Operations Manager responsible for legal and financial services. Maria handled various tasks such as incorporations, dissolutions, trademarks, mergers, and legal documentation retrieval, working with Fortune 500 companies and top law firms. In 2005, they joined CSC as a Manager until 2008. Following that, they worked at UnitedHealthcare as a Manager from 2008 to 2010. Maria then joined HealthHelp as the Director of Call Center Operations and Director of Contact Center Operations, starting in 2010.

Maria Bermudez has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from SUNY Cobleskill.
