Rajiv Poddar's work experience began in 2007 as an Assistant Vice President in the Investment Banking division of ICICI Securities Limited, where they focused on consumer, retail, pharma, and healthcare sectors. Rajiv then joined Helix Investments Management LLP in 2013 as Vice President, where they worked as part of a $100mn fund investing in small and mid-size Indian companies. In 2016, Rajiv joined Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as Director of Corporate Development and M&A, overseeing acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments. In 2020, they moved to Viyash Life Sciences Private Limited as Vice President of Strategy and M&A until March 2023. Currently, Rajiv holds the position of Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy and M&A at Healthium Medtech Limited.
Rajiv Poddar obtained a PGDM in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in ACA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, from 2001 to 2006. Rajiv also holds a CS degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, earned from 2001 to 2005.
