Lauren Mandell Kussoy has an extensive work experience with various companies. Lauren started their career as a Sales & Marketing Assistant at DelightfulDeliveries.com in 2006. In 2007, they joined CBS Corporation as an Assistant for CBS Connections. Lauren then worked at New York Post from 2010 to 2015, holding positions such as Marketing Coordinator and Online Marketing Associate. From 2014 to 2015, they were also the Manager of Content Marketing & Development at New York Post. In 2015, they joined Federated Media - A Media General Company as a Strategist in Creative Marketing. Currently, they are working at Healthline Media since 2016, where they have held roles such as Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, and currently holds the position of Senior Director of Marketing.

Lauren Mandell Kussoy began their education at Plainview-Old Bethpage John F. Kennedy High School, where they completed their secondary education from 1998 to 2002.
