Tory Chiaramida

Tory Chiaramida has extensive work experience in contract management, sales operations, and media operations.

Tory began their career at Troika Magazine as an intern, where they gained experience in publishing and assisting with design layout. Tory then worked at Clifford Paper, Inc. as an Operations Coordinator, where they provided support to senior executives and trained clients on utilizing a B2B web portal.

Chiaramida joined the American Booksellers Association as a Co-Editor and Project Coordinator, managing a database of publisher contacts and terms of sale records.

Their most recent experience includes working at WebMD and Healthline Media. At WebMD, they held roles such as Coordinator, Supervisor, Manager, and Director in Sales Operations and Media Operations. Tory developed workflow processes, managed media programs, and created contract templates, resulting in increased efficiency and revenue recognition.

In their current role at Healthline Media, they hold the position of Director of Contracts & Media Operations. Tory oversees the contracts and media processes, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

Throughout their career, Chiaramida has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Salesforce and various data management systems.

Tory Chiaramida attended Penn State University from 1996 to 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts, majoring in American Studies. In 2000, they earned a certificate from Pace University. For their high school education, Tory Chiaramida attended Iona Preparatory School from 1992 to 1996 and obtained a High School Regents Diploma. Tory also participated in pre-collegiate summer study programs at The American University of Paris in 1996, focusing on French Language, and at Penn State University in 1995, studying Social Psychology and Architecture.
