Joost van Staveren

Joost Van Staveren started their career at Valvoline EMEA / Div. of Ashland Inc. in 2007 as an Assistant/Interim Logistics Manager. In this role, they were responsible for logistics warehousing and distribution, external logistics processes, and ensuring availability of purchased and subcontracted items. Joost also managed logistics aspects in operational projects and implemented new business opportunities.

After their time at Valvoline, Joost joined Base Logistics in 2007. Joost held various roles during their tenure, including Assistant Global Logistics Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Quality & Compliance Manager. In these positions, they were involved in managing the front office, inventory administration and analysis teams, and the Quality Management System. Joost also had responsibilities in the back office, network partner compliance control, financial administration, and customer support.

Most recently, Joost has been working at HealthLink Europe & International as the Senior Director of Quality & Compliance since 2019.

Joost Van Staveren has a diverse educational background in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Joost obtained a Master's in Transportation and Logistics (MTL) from TIAS School for Business and Society, where they focused on Logistics and Supply Chain. Additionally, they completed the EMLog/MTL program at TiasNimbas, specializing in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Prior to their master's education, Joost attended HES/ISER, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management. Joost'seducation in this field began in 1998 and lasted until 2002.
