Tangwan Moss

Tangwan Moss possesses extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as the Director of Agency Operations Process Automation/Field Support/Issue Resolution at HealthMarkets, Inc. since February 2008. Prior roles include Manager of Issue Resolution/Small Group/Process Automation, and Senior Project Manager/Six Sigma Black Belt. Before joining HealthMarkets, Tangwan held various positions at Kaiser Permanente, including Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Assurance Manager, from November 2002 to February 2008. Previous experience also includes roles as Project Manager at Verizon and Project Management Coordinator at Lucent Technologies. Tangwan holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Kentucky.
