Seretha Curry

VP, Customer Success at Healthmonix

Originally joining Healthmonix as a Customer Support/Measure Tester in 2014, Seretha Curry has expertly navigated the complex interface between value-based care programs and cloud-based technology since 2014. Promoted to Vice President of Customer Success in 2019, she is responsible for training agents and account managers on annual MIPS program rules and MIPSpro platform technology, as well as managing the customer experience for the entire business.

Prior to working at Healthmonix, Seretha severed in several customer service and educational roles. She holds a Masters of Divinity with a concentration in Systematic Theology from Trinity School for Ministry. Studying human behavior, ethics, and leadership has helped prepare her for her current role.

Seretha spends her spare time studying philosophy, religion, and intellectual history. She also enjoys creative writing and has even taken a stab at creating a narrative-based board game that is much too complicated.
