Amanda Crosby

Amanda Crosby has over two decades of experience in project management and IT performance within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst for IT Performance Management and previously as a Governance Process Manager and Project Administrator at HealthNow New York Inc. since 2009, Amanda has expertise in Daptiv System Administration and Cognos Report Writing. Prior experience includes project management roles at BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York and UTMB, where Amanda managed multiple projects with significant budgets and led teams of up to 60 staff members. Amanda's career began in the United States Air Force as a Public Health Technician, where responsibilities included counseling on communicable diseases. Amanda holds a BS in Public Service Leadership from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and an AAS in Public Health from the Community College of the Air Force.
