Rodney Koehler

Rodney Koehler has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Rodney started their career as a Head Athletic Trainer at Dodge City Community College and later worked as a Head Athletic Trainer at Fort Hays State University. In 1991, they founded the High Plains Sports Medicine Center and oversaw its design and operation.

Moving into the healthcare administration field, Koehler became an Administrator at HealthSouth, where they successfully turned around a facility that was losing money. Rodney then served as a Sports Medicine Coordinator, overseeing a sports medicine outreach program and providing direct patient care.

Throughout their career, Koehler held leadership positions in multiple organizations. Rodney served as a Program Director at Diversified Clinical Services, where they significantly increased revenues for the Memorial Hermann Katy Rehabilitation Hospital program. Rodney also worked as a Regional Vice President of Operations at Accelecare Wound Centers, overseeing operations for up to 20 outpatient wound care clinics.

Koehler later joined RediClinic as a Multi Practice Administrator, where they managed 10 convenient care practice locations and ensured the clinics met budget and growth expectations. Rodney then transitioned to HealthONE, where they held several roles, including Administrative Director of Outpatient Operations and Director of Hyperbarics and Wound Care. In these positions, they oversaw multiple outpatient services and clinics, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing budgets.

Koehler's most recent position was CEO and Owner of Physical Therapy Works, where they started and grew the practice from the ground up. Rodney has a proven track record of driving profits and implementing effective management strategies.

Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Michigan University. Rodney also attended Winterset Sr. High School.
