Cameron James

Cameron James is an experienced professional in leadership development and learning, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Leadership Development at HealthPartners since November 2015, also holding the role of Principal Consultant for Leadership Development. Prior experience includes working as a Sr Program Manager for Global Learning & Performance at Seagate Technology from April 2013 to October 2015, and serving in various roles at Target from 1994 to March 2013, including Executive Coaching & Development Consultant and Talent Development Consultant. Cameron holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, completed in May 2008, and an undergraduate education from Gustavus Adolphus College attended from 1991 to 1994.
