David Basten

David Basten has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, with a strong focus on digital and web development. Currently serving as Manager of Digital, Consumer, and Sales Systems at HealthPartners since July 2009, David has held various leadership roles within the company, including Supervisor of Web & Mobile Development and Supervisor of Health Plan Systems. Prior experience includes a position as Developer 4 at Quest Software and Sr. Development Engineer at Magnum Technologies. David began their career at Software Architects as Training Practice Lead and also worked as a Consultant for Target. David holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Northern Michigan University, completed between 1990 and 1994.
