Leslie Peabody

Leslie Peabody is a seasoned professional in health plan operations and project management, currently serving as the Director of Health Plan Operations & Project Management at HealthPartners since June 2014. Previously, Leslie held various roles at Prime Therapeutics from January 2006 to June 2014, including Senior Director of Product Management, where responsibilities encompassed managing product development, implementation of Affordable Care Act provisions, and leading enterprise projects. Additional experience includes roles at HealthPartners from April 1996 to January 2006, focusing on product management and sales, as well as early work as a Health & Life Insurance Broker with The Williams Group. Leslie holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Strategic Management from St. Catherine University, a Mini MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and a BBA in Economics and Statistics from Baylor University.
