Masseny Dosso

Masseny Dosso, MBA, PCI ISA, currently serves as the Manager of Digital Product Management and previously held the role of Senior Digital Product Owner at HealthPartners since January 2022. Prior experience includes positions at UnitedHealth Group from November 2015 to January 2022, where Masseny was the Associate Director in the Optum PCI Office, focusing on PCI compliance and innovative payment solutions. Masseny also worked as a Vendor Oversight Consultant at Wells Fargo, managing operational oversight programs, and held a role in the Project Management Office at UnitedHealth Group, implementing quality standards and user acceptance testing processes. Earlier career experience includes roles in product development at U.S. Bank and transportation & logistics at Cargill. Masseny holds an MBA in Business Administration from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from North Dakota State University.
