Sarah Osendorf

Sarah Osendorf has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as a Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Supervisor at HealthPartners since November 2015, specializing in Community Senior Care. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Allina Health from July 2005 to October 2015, holding roles as a Nurse Practitioner in Senior Care Transitions and Vascular Surgery, as well as a Staff Registered Nurse. Sarah earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Adult Nurse Practitioner from The College of St. Scholastica between 2008 and 2011, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Nursing and Psychology from St. Catherine University from 2001 to 2005.
