Shannon Fast

Shannon Fast is a Principal Data Scientist at HealthPartners, where since December 2015, significant contributions include creating a data model for COVID-19 vaccination invitations and implementing a global person identifier on the HP website. Previous roles at HealthPartners encompass Principal Health Informatics Analyst and Senior Health Informatics Analyst, where notable work involved predictive modeling for high-cost members and developing automated A/B testing methodologies. Prior to HealthPartners, Shannon Fast was a Member of Technical Staff at Draper Laboratory, focusing on predictive models for infectious disease response, and also served as a Draper Fellow during master's studies at MIT. Shannon Fast holds a Master’s Degree in Operations Research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from St. Olaf College.
