Thomas Kottke

Thomas Kottke serves as the Medical Director for Well-being and the Medical Director for Population Health at HealthPartners since June 2008. In addition, Thomas holds the position of Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for Face to Face, an organization providing services to homeless youth in the St. Paul-Minneapolis metro area since January 2020. Thomas has been a Professor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota since June 2005 and previously worked as a Consulting Cardiologist at Mayo Clinic Rochester from January 1998 to May 2004. Thomas Kottke completed education with an MD and MSPH between 1970 and 1981.
