Andrea Srock

Andrea Srock, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Specialist at Physicians Realty Trust since March 2022. Previously, Andrea held the role of Human Resources Generalist at the Village of Grafton from September 2017 to March 2022, managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Property Manager at New Land Enterprises, where Andrea supervised a multidisciplinary team and handled recruitment and training, as well as a position as Leasing Specialist managing luxury rental units. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Campbell University.
