Joel Wood

Joel Wood is a seasoned professional in engineering and asset management, currently serving as the Director of Capital Asset Management at Healthpeak Properties, Inc. since February 2024. Previously, Joel held the position of Manager of Engineering Operations at CBRE from April 2022 to February 2024. Earlier experience includes roles as Engineering Manager and Chief Engineer at Able Services from May 2015 to April 2022, as well as Engineering Supervisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco from May 2009 to May 2015. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University.
