Morgan Meade

Morgan Meade is an experienced professional in real estate asset management and investor relations. Currently serving as the Director of Lab Asset Management and Leasing at Healthpeak Properties, Inc. since April 2024, Morgan previously held the position of Senior Asset Management Associate at ASB Real Estate Investments, leading the management of ten distressed commercial buildings. An association with Farallon Capital Management provided expertise in operational, ESG, and DEIB due diligence reporting for investors. Prior experience includes roles at Rubicon Point Partners, LLC, where Morgan was instrumental in the acquisition and asset management for a significant institutional value-add fund, and JLL, where a progressive career included various leadership positions in integrated portfolio services.
