Doug Bruce

Doug Bruce has held various Human Resources roles since 1985. Doug started their career as Senior Director of Human Resources at Red Roof Inns in 1985. In 2000, they moved to MindLeaders, Inc. as Senior Director of Human Resources and Administration, where they were a member of the executive committee and led talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee development. In 2013, they became Director of Human Resources at Core Molding Technologies, a manufacturer of sheet molding compound and molder of fiberglass reinforced plastics. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President Human Resources at HealthPlan Data Solutions.

Doug Bruce obtained a Master's degree in Physical Education/Sports Administration from The Ohio State University between 1980 and 1981. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton between 1976 and 1980.
