Luuk Mes

Luuk Mes has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to the present. Luuk started their career at DDC Europe B.V. as a Full-stack Developer from February 2015 to September 2017. Luuk then worked at Yourzine as a Junior Back-end Developer, followed by a role as a Medior Back-end Developer from February 2019 to January 2021. During their time at Yourzine, Luuk also worked as a Junior Data Engineer from January 2021 to July 2021, where they helped clients with data onboarding, ETL/ELT processes, analytic queries, and automated exports. Luuk then joined Resleeve as a Data Engineer from August 2021 to July 2022, where they assisted computer vision experts with streaming data and created the data infrastructure. Luuk then worked at Genson Group and TMC as a Data Engineer from August 2021 to July 2022. Luuk later joined MvH Media - an online marketing bureau - as a Data Engineer from July 2022 to April 2023. Currently, they are working at Healthplus.ai as a Data Engineer. Luuk has gained expertise in various technologies, including Python, Google BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Flask, FastAPI, Azure Postgres, RabbitMQ, Celery, Kubernetes, and T-SQL.

Luuk Mes attended ROC de Leijgraaf from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a field of study in MBO 4 ICT applicatie ontwikkelaar. In July 2021, they obtained an additional certification from Databricks called Academy Accreditation - Unified Data Analytics Essentials.
