Erika Lorenzana del Villar

Erika Lorenzana Del Villar, Ph.D., currently serves as the Vice President of Equity at HealthPoint (CHC), a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Erika was the Associate Vice President for Diversity Equity and Inclusion at Bastyr University from March 2022 to February 2024 and the Director of Engagement and Belonging at Forest Ridge School of the Sacred Heart from August 2019 to March 2022. Erika's extensive background in education includes significant teaching and administrative roles at institutions such as the University of Washington, University of Connecticut, University of Hartford, and Ateneo de Manila University. Erika's professional experience also encompasses research and operational roles at the World Bank, focusing on human development issues and strategic partnerships with various UN bodies. Erika holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Connecticut, complemented by multiple advanced degrees and a certificate in Human Rights.
