Mark Riggins

Mark Riggins serves as the Chief Operating Officer at BVCAA dba HealthPoint since September 2022, previously held the same position at Central Texas Sinus & Allergy from March 2022 to September 2022. Prior to that, Mark Riggins was the Vice President of CHI St. Joseph Health from April 2007 to March 2022, overseeing the Physician Enterprise with over 160 physicians and APCs, and has also held various roles including Executive Director, Administrator, Director of Operations for the Physician Enterprise, and Patient Access Director. Mark Riggins began a career at HCA Healthcare as a Patient Access Director from January 2002 to April 2007. Mark Riggins holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Sam Houston State University.
