Ajay Madan

Ajay Madan serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at HealthQuest Capital since June 2023. Ajay began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, specializing in corporate and private funds, and notably counseled clients on financial services and securities laws at Dechert LLP. Ajay's educational background includes a JD from USC Gould School of Law, an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
