Raymond M.

Raymond M. currently serves as the Director of Information Technology and Compliance and Human Resources Director at HealthQuest Physical Therapy since March 2022, where responsibilities include leading HR policy development and creating a five-year recruiting and retention program. Previously, Raymond held the position of Plans and Resources Branch Chief at Air Force Civilian Service from November 2016 to March 2022, where responsibilities included serving as the Lead Negotiator for the Michigan Air National Guard and negotiating a Collective Bargaining Agreement. Additional experience includes serving as a Communications Officer at the White House Situation Room (October 2013 - June 2016), providing critical communications support to national security officials, and holding various roles in the U.S. Army, including Communications Supervisor and Network Operations Chief, where expertise was developed in providing secure communications and managing substantial IT projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University and multiple certifications in security, communications, and management.
