Hugh Griffiths

Hugh Griffiths started their career in 2008 as a Sessional Tutor and Assistant Lecturer at Monash University. Hugh then worked at Herbert Smith Freehills as a Lawyer, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions, from 2011 to 2015. Hugh then joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and held various roles, including Consultant, Project Leader, Principal, and Partner, from 2015 to 2023. Currently, they are working as the Chief Transformation Officer at Healthscope.

Hugh Griffiths attended Monash University, where they studied for a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) degree and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree. Hugh also studied law at King's College London. Before attending university, Hugh completed their VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education) at Sandringham College.
