Nicki Tamblyn

Nicki Tamblyn is an experienced leader in growth strategy and customer experience, currently serving as General Manager and Head of Growth at TelstraSuper since April 2021, overseeing the growth strategy for Australia's largest corporate super fund. Previously, Nicki held various leadership roles at Telstra from 2015 to 2021, including General Manager of Product Ownership and Customer Experience, where responsibilities spanned business transformation and service strategy for small and medium businesses. Nicki's earlier experience includes strategic roles at AGL Energy and ISBSG Limited, as well as owning a digital strategy and marketing business. Nicki holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington.
