Therese Santomarco

Therese Santomarco has a diverse range of work experience in people operations and talent acquisition roles. Therese is currently working as the VP of People Operations at HealthSherpa, a healthcare startup focused on ACA health coverage. Prior to this, they held the same position at Rocket Travel, Inc, where they led the people operations strategy and execution. Santomarco also has experience as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Metabolic Living. Earlier in their career, they held various roles in the field of people and culture management at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, where they were responsible for driving initiatives to improve employee development programs, policy interpretation, and DEIB functions. Throughout their career, Santomarco has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills in building high-performing teams and fostering a positive work culture.

Therese Santomarco earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2012 and 2014.
