Matthew Brandes

Matthew Brandes has a diverse work experience. Matthew started their career as a Service Coordinator at Southern Energy Homes in November 2005, where they worked until September 2007. In 2007, they interned as a Business Continuity Intern at The First American Corporation. In August 2008, they joined HealthSmart as the Vice President of Market Operations, a role they held until December 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Product Innovation at HealthSmart, starting from January 2022. In their role, they are responsible for strategically leading and coordinating the overall Product Development and Innovation function of the company, conducting market research, pricing research, and overseeing product ideation, development, installation, and operationalization.

Matthew Brandes attended the University of North Texas from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Emergency Administration. In 2022, they also obtained certifications in PMC Level II and PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute.
