Steve Strathmann

Steve Strathmann currently serves as the Vice President of Philanthropy at HealthSource of Ohio, where responsibilities include advancing the HealthSource of Ohio Foundation to benefit 1.4 million citizens across eight counties in Southwest Ohio. Previous experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the TKE Foundation, leading a nationwide fundraising program for 236,000 members, and directing development initiatives at Archbishop Moeller High School, focusing on major gifts, alumni relations, and community engagement. Steve Strathmann has also held senior positions at Southwest Regional Medical Center, the University of Cincinnati, and Lima Memorial Health System, where strategic fundraising and public relations efforts were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Xavier University and a BA in Communication/Public Relations from Morehead State University.
