Carmen Ritchie

Carmen Ritchie has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Carmen is currently employed as a Wellness Program Manager at HealthSource Solutions, LLC since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Server at Mucci's Trattoria from June 2021 to January 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Carmen worked at Profile by Sanford, where they held the roles of Senior Health Coach and Health and Wellness Coach. As a Senior Health Coach, they supported the Learning and Development Director in implementing corporate programs and protocols, identified performance trends among different coaches, and provided ongoing education at team staff meetings. As a Health and Wellness Coach, they delivered one-on-one counseling to clients and educated them on healthy lifestyle skills in the areas of nutrition, activity, and behavior change.

In 2019, Carmen briefly worked as a Beer Ambassador at First Draft Beer. Prior to that, they were a Server at Brick and Bourbon from September 2018 to April 2019, where they provided excellent customer service, made recommendations on beverages and food, and ensured efficient operations.

Carmen'sprevious experience includes being a Server at Blackbird Cafe from April 2017 to April 2018, and holding the roles of Supervisor and Server at Tiny Diner from August 2014 to August 2016. Additionally, Carmen served as an Assistant Program Director at Minnesota Youth Institute in October 2015, and was a Supervisor/Server at New Hope Cinema Grill from August 2012 to July 2014.

Carmen Ritchie has a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Studies, Nutrition, Holistic Health, and Healing from the University of Minnesota. Carmen attended the University from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from North Hennepin Community College, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Carmen has obtained several certifications, including "Building Better Relationships through Listening and Validation," "The Six Skills of Proactive Professionals," "What Is Program Management?" from LinkedIn, and "Cultural Competence in the Workplace 2023," "Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace V4 2023," "Microaggressions in the Workplace 2023," and "Unconscious Bias 2023" from Traliant.
