Phil Lawroski

Phil Lawroski has extensive work experience in finance and sales operations. Phil started their career at Nationwide Insurance in 1994 as a Finance Director, where they played a key role in valuing and optimizing reinsurance and commercial vehicle programs. Phil also led strategic initiatives such as modeling purchase prices for agency acquisitions and valuing various affinity group programs. At CUNA Mutual Group, Phil served as a Finance Director from 2012 to 2013. Most recently, they worked at HealthSpan Ohio as the Director of Sales Operations, where they automated sales incentives and streamlined sales processes. Phil successfully achieved a CMS/HHS sales operations audit.

Phil Lawroski obtained a BA in Mathematics & Philosophy from Case Western Reserve University. Phil also obtained a JD degree in Law from the same university. In terms of additional certifications, they became a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) in January 1994 and joined American Mensa in November 1978.
