Weikai Zhang

Weikai Zhang started their work experience in 2015 as a Web Developer Intern at the Digital Education & Innovation Lab at the University of Michigan. During this role, they built a new version of the Student Explorer website, designed information visualizations, and developed the website using AngularJS and Django. Weikai also worked as a Software Developer Intern, where they developed a data visualization tool and designed and developed the user interface using AngularJS and D3.

In 2017, Weikai joined HealthTap as an Engineering Intern, later transitioning to the role of a Frontend Engineer. Weikai is currently working as a Senior Frontend Engineer at the company.

Weikai Zhang earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management and System from Peking University, which they attended from 2010 to 2014. Weikai later pursued a Master's Degree in Human Computer Interaction & Information Analysis and Retrieval from the University of Michigan, completing their studies from 2014 to 2016.
