Amy Leppin

Amy Leppin has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Amy began their career in 1999 as a Claims Reviewer at St. Augustine Health Care, where they determined payment for medical claims. Amy then worked at AvMed Health Plans as a Sales Coordinator and Project Coordinator, assisting in proposals and benefit open enrollment meetings.

At Physicians United Plan, Amy served as a Sr. Claims Manager and Project Manager, overseeing the payment of medical claims and managing reimbursement updates. Amy then joined MZI Health Care/EZ-CAP as an Implementation Manager, managing projects and providing weekly status updates to clients.

Amy's next role was at Ultimate Health Plans, where they worked as a Sr. Manager of Configuration and Claims Ops, overseeing claims processing and compliance. Amy then joined HealthAxis Group as a Sr. Director of Operations, where they directed and managed various departments related to healthcare operations.

Following this, Amy joined Catalyst Solutions as a Senior Advisory Leader before moving to HealthTeam Advantage as the Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing operations and staff, implementing quality programs, and launching new projects.

Amy Leppin attended Santa Fe College from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an Associates of Arts Degree in Business Administration. Amy has also obtained a certification as a Certified Professional Coder from the institution AAPC, although the month and year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
